Lily Mihalik

Lily Mihalik Bhandari is the co-founder of Narra Consulting, a media consultancy that brings clarity and confidence to strategy and product challenges. Previously, Lily was the Managing Editor of Design and Data at POLITICO where she lead design strategy and implementation across newsroom tools, daily reporting and special projects, and worked with developers, designers, photojournalists, editors and reporters to tell engaging digital stories. Her work included POLITICO's ⚡- fast, and deeply integrated, live election results from 2018 to 2024, and projects that leveraged design to bring order to complicated policies and platforms.

Before coming to POLITICO, Lily led digital design efforts at the Los Angeles Times where she worked with others to re-think live coverage, launch their California Cookbook, and ran UX on their new publishing tool SNAP. Wanna Chat? Reach out via email.
